Putin discusses large energy projects with Bulgarian, Greek Prime Ministers

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin had telephone conversations with Prime Ministers Boiko Borissov of Bulgaria and Georgios Papandreou of Greece, ITAR-TASS reported Wednesday.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin had telephone conversations with Prime Ministers Boiko Borissov of Bulgaria and Georgios Papandreou of Greece, ITAR-TASS reported Wednesday.

"Prime Ministers Putin and Borissov exchanged opinions on the implementation of major international energy projects," the Russian government press service told journalists.The two PMs also discussed current issues of the bilateral trade and economic relations putting accent on energy.

Putin and Papandreou reviewed certain issues of Russian-Greek bilateral trade and had a detailed discussion on bilateral and multilateral aspects of cooperation in energy projects in the region.

Also, they agreed to have a bilateral meeting, the date and place of which the sides will coordinate further via diplomatic channels, ITAR-TASS reported.
