The Cabinet of the President of Macedonia is organising between 16-26 August a training course for young leaders, where 40 young people will have the chance to attend lectures by renowned professors from US, Germany, Britain, Hungary, Kosovo and FYRMacedonia.

The goal of this school is to stimulate the values of young people from the region as well as future political, cultural and business leaders.

- Oftentimes, young potential leaders were left on their own to manage. Today, a new page is being turned; the state and the business community should be partners in creating true values. Today we are laying the foundations of what is hopefully going to become a regional education center for young leaders, President Gjorge Ivanov said in his opening speech.

Amongst other things, he said the training was an excellent opportunity for exchange of experiences and ideas between present and future leaders.

US Ambassador Philip Reeker also addressed the ceremony saying that the workshop would allow young people to recognise their strong points and future challenges.

- By discovering and developing your leadership qualities, have in mind that you benefit from this training, as well as your country, the Ambassador noted.
