With the presence of Miftar Mehmeti, Liri Berisha opened the exhibition, which was dedicated to Mother Teresa.
“He created a great portrait of Mother Teresa; he created the portrait of a saint and the portrait of a true mother, which is exhibited here. I want to thank the painter for being part of the celebreations and activities we are organizing on Mother Teresa’s 100th birth anniversary,” said Liri Berisha.
“I compared her to my mother and to all other mothers in the world. I wanted to show the love I have for my mother, and I could not find any other greater personality than Mother Teresa,” said Mehmeti.
“With Love for Mother Teresa” Exhibition includes nearly 100 portraits made by painter Miftar Mehmeti. In the background, he has also created a single portrait of Mother Teresa.
