Several earthquakes hit different parts of the Balkans late Thursday (October 7th).
Several earthquakes hit different parts of the Balkans late Thursday (October 7th).
One, measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale, struck northeast Bulgaria causing panic among residents.
Another, measuring 3.5, hit southern Serbia, followed by one measuring 2.8. A quake measuring 2.6 hit Greece, its epicentre about 64km northeast of Patras.
No injuries or serious damage was reported.
