"Pavel Satev" poll: VMRO-DPMNE leader, wanted winner at snap parliamentary elections

VMRO-DPMNE is the leader and according to perception of the citizens their wanted winner at the snap parliamentary elections, show results of the telephone poll conducted for the rating of the political parties by "Pavel Satev" Institute.
VMRO-DPMNE is the leader and according to perception of the citizens their wanted winner at the snap parliamentary elections, show results of the telephone poll conducted for the rating of the political parties by "Pavel Satev" Institute.
- VMRO-DPMNE has the highest rating followed by SDSM, DUI, DPA and New Democracy. Out of politicians, the citizens gave highest support to Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, followed by Branko Crvenkovski, Ali Ahmeti and Menduh Taci, reads the press release of "Pavel Satev" Institute.
The telephone poll has been conducted from the period between April 11 to 14 of 1.000 respondents on entire territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
All six election units were proportionally included as well as other relevant demographic characteristics of the population as age, sex, education and ethnic affiliation.
According to the poll results VMRO-DPMNE and DUI will have the majority in the future parliamentary composition with 70 parliamentary mandates. VMRO-DPMNE would win 55 deputies, SDSM - 31, DUI - 15, DPA - 7, ND – 4, NDP – 3, LDP – 2, OM – 1, VMRO – NP – 1 and others 1 parliamentary mandates.
Parties for which ethnic Albanians traditionally vote according to the poll would win 29 seats in the new parliament, while smaller parties would win 5 seats. According to the analyses of “Pavel Satev” Institute and former experience the total number of mandates of smaller political parties would range from 5 to 8 seats.
