Families and friends of victims will see the coffins with posthumous remains of 18 Shahids of Vlasenica on April 22 at 5 p.m. in front of Commemoration center in Tuzla, killed during ethnic cleansing in Vlasenica municipality region from 1992-1995.

7th collective burial for Bosniak victims will be done on April 23 at Shahid cemetery Rakita.

Families decided at the last moment not to bury Sahija Berbic and Sabira Alihodzic due to small number of identified posthumous remains which is why 18 victims will be buried instead of 20.

The youngest victims to be buried on Saturday are three 17-year-old boys Almir Omerovic, Edin Mutapcic and Dzemail Badzic, whereas the oldest is Ajka Huric (73).

Posthumous remains of the identified victims were exhumated from mass and individual graves Pelemis, Ogradice near Vlasenica, Kamenica near Zvornik, Cerskoj and Debelo Brdo.

Citizens of BiH are invited to come to the collective burial of Shahids of Vlasenica and not let this horrific crime to be forgotten because oblivion is a crime, it is stated in announcement of Board of Islamic Community Vlasenica.
