PM Gruevski to meet German Chancellor Merkel on Tuesday

Citing diplomatic sources, news agency Net Press says the meeting is held at the joint initiative, in the context of the enhanced diplomatic engagement of the Macedonian Government in light of the NATO Summit in Chicago.

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski will meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin next Tuesday.

Citing diplomatic sources, news agency Net Press says the meeting is held at the joint initiative, in the context of the enhanced diplomatic engagement of the Macedonian Government in light of the NATO Summit in Chicago.

Besides Macedonia's Alliance integration, the meeting will also tackle the name row with Greece.

The Government has confirmed the report on the Gruevski-Merkel meeting. ik/fd/12:08
