Strumica businessmen interested in novelties of Regulatory Guillotine’s fourth phase

 Minister of Information Society and Administration Ivo Ivanovski and Director of Union of Chambers of Commerce Mitko Aleksov met Sunday in Strumica with businessmen from Strumica and Valandovo region whereat reforms of fourth phase of Government’s Regulatory Guillotine project were presented.

 Minister of Information Society and Administration Ivo Ivanovski and Director of Union of Chambers of Commerce Mitko Aleksov met Sunday in Strumica with businessmen from Strumica and Valandovo region whereat reforms of fourth phase of Government’s Regulatory Guillotine project were presented.

Referring to realisation of three phases, Ivanovski said that the first phase is fully completed and over 73% of the second and third phase are realised.

The fourth phase is aimed at improvement of conditions for functioning of micro and small enterprises and craftsmen that comprise 98% of the Macedonian economy, Ivanovski said.

He underlined that the law on promissory note as draft version of the Ministry of Finance is larger project for which business community can be included for opinions and creation of the law by end of April.

Director of Union of Chambers of Commerce Mitko Aleksov said that the promissory note is welcomed at this point for surpassing the debtor-creditor relationship and giving new impulse in the economy.
