Former prime minister Costas Karamanlis on Wednesday again spoke in support of New Democracy (ND) and its leader Antonis Samaras, his successor.

Former prime minister Costas Karamanlis on Wednesday again spoke in support of New Democracy (ND) and its leader Antonis Samaras, his successor.

In his brief meeting with reporters upon his arrival at Thessaloniki’s Macedonia Airport, Karamanlis underlined that he supports the effort made by ND and Antonis Samaras, stressing that “ND is the political party we love and have faith in, that makes us hopeful about the future”.

Karamanlis arrived in Thessaloniki to attend an outdoor rally addressed by Samaras later in the evening.
