Archbishop of the Belgrade Catholic Archbishopry Stanislav Hocevar said regarding Easter that this year’s simultaneous celebration of the holiday of the holidays for Christians of the East and West is a special gift since this holiday is a source of creation of a new man and the cosmos.

"As if heaven calls the faithful of all geographical and historical areas who profess hope in transfiguring power of Jesus Christ to strive for a new unity," said Archbishop Hocevar in his Easter message.
