He stressed that this way the court has passed the issue of the status of Kosmet to the UN General Assembly.

While that the Belgrade authorities have a clear plan of diplomatic activities in the forthcoming period, Tadic has underlined that Serbia will continue to fight by peaceful and diplomatic means for the preservation of Kosmet.
