Association Poslodavac (Employer) has been founded in Serbia.

The President of the Association is businessman Miodrag Kostic and the Chairman of the Association’s Assembly is the Head of Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, Milan Jankovic.

The Association was formed with the goal to take the same place in Serbia as other similar associations take in the EU member countries, Kostic said.

Such associations are responsible for bilateral social dialogue between employers and trade unions, without the interference of the State, which only guarantees that both parties fulfil their obligations.
