Memorandum signed on regional fight against organized crime

Interior and justice ministers of 9 regional countries signed in Belgrade the memorandum on strengthening of the regional and international cooperation as a prerequisite for more efficient fight against organized crime.

Interior and justice ministers of 9 regional countries signed in Belgrade the memorandum on strengthening of the regional and international cooperation as a prerequisite for more efficient fight against organized crime.

The Memorandum has been signed by Serbia, Montenegro, FYRMacedonia, B-H, Croatia, Romania, Albania, Slovenia and Bulgaria.

Representatives of Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Sweden, Spain and Switzerland took part in the two-day conference entitled Strengthening of the regional and international cooperation as a prerequisite for more efficient fight against organized crime, as well as representatives of prosecution offices of all regional countries.

This agreement confirms readiness and resoluteness of all regional countries to fight transnational crime that presents a threat to all countries, stated Serbian Justice Minister Snezana Malovic in her closing address.
