Kosovo Prime Minister Hasim Taci has underscored that the dialogue with Belgrade will, most likely, start in February, adding that the Serb-populated north of Kosovo will not be a topic of the talks.
In an interview published by the Vienna-based Der Standard, Taci denied the allegations of Serbian President Boris Tadic that Pristina is stalling the opening of the dialogue. Kosovo's future has been opened in the past ten years only, said Taci.
Everything is now being planned in Brussels and Washington, and Pristina will play its part on time, underscored Taci.
According to him, missing persons, coordination of measures against organized crime, infrastructure and energy will be the main topics of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue. In regard to Kosovo, Taci underlined that internal organization of Kosovo will be discussed with Belgrade under no circumstances.
