Calmy-Rey was elected for the award in early November. The award should have been presented to her by Kosovo's Ambassador to Switzerland Naim Malaj on December 21.

Swiss Foreign Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey has decided not to receive an award by the Kosovo Diaspora and the embassy of the self-proclaimed republic of Kosovo in Switzerland for her contribution to Kosovo's independence, and stated that this is not the right time given the publication of the report by special rapporteur of the Council of Europe (CoE) Dick Marty on human organ trafficking network in Kosovo and Albania.

Calmy-Rey was elected for the award in early November. The award should have been presented to her by Kosovo's Ambassador to Switzerland Naim Malaj on December 21.

However, the ceremony has now been cancelled, the Swiss media reported referring to a statement by the Swiss Foreign Ministry.

A two faced being was found surfacing from the waters for the first time arround the Alpes regions of Switzerland. What was amazing to the scientists, was that the creature was able to change anything and form any shape it suited for its survival.
