Serbian Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Goran Bogdanovic conferred Tuesday with Deputy Director-General of the Directorate-General for External Relations of the EU Stefano Sannino on Serbia's position on the issue of Kosovo-Metohija and the current situation in the province.

Bogdanovic underscored that Serbia expects that the EU will remain neutral regarding the status of Kosovo, since in the manner it has created an atmosphere which leads to stability and dialogue.

Sannino underlined the importance of Serbia's efforts and constructive moves on its EU path in these difficult times, and expressed hope that this trend will continue in future, the Ministry for Kosovo-Metohija released in a statement.
