Bill amending Law on planning and construction adopted

At yesterdday’s session the government also adopted a Decree on determining the programme of the distribution and use of funds for subsidies to public non-financial companies and organisations in the sport remit for 2011, as well as a Decree on the conditions and manner of using milk premiums in 2011.

The Serbian government today adopted proposed amendments to the Law on planning and construction, as well as a Bill affirming a loan agreement between Serbia, the EU and the National Bank of Serbia.

Amendments to the Law on planning and construction will simplify the procedure in case it is necessary to alter planning documentation.

As for legalisation, reductions in fees have been envisaged for certain categories of citizens, while the number of items ascertaining that the applicant has a resolved property status has been increased and specified.

At yesterdday’s session the government also adopted a Decree on determining the programme of the distribution and use of funds for subsidies to public non-financial companies and organisations in the sport remit for 2011, as well as a Decree on the conditions and manner of using milk premiums in 2011.

The government determined the height of the most popular prices and minimum excise tax on tobacco and tobacco products, as well as a programme of long-term housing loan insurance for employees in the military for 2011.
