Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said on Feb. 27 that there was no exact agreement yet on reorganizing the government and that the leaders of the country's three major ruling parties had not discussed the subject.

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said on Feb. 27 that there was no exact agreement yet on reorganizing the government and that the leaders of the country's three major ruling parties had not discussed the subject.

Dacic, also president of the Socialist Party of Serbia, told reporters that the whips of majority caucuses in Parliament had not discussed the subject either. "There is nothing new regarding all of this as of yet, talks and consultations are probably being held on the bilateral level," he added.

Asked whether the Socialist Party had ceded any ministerial posts, Dacic said that the party wanted to see what concept would be proposed.

Parliament Speaker Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic said on Feb. 25 that she expected a reshuffle proposal to arrive in Parliament by mid-March.
