Djakovica : Bus carrying Serbs stoned in Kosovo on All Souls Day

A bus taking displaced Serbs to visit a cemetery in the town of Djakovica on the All Souls Day was stoned and one window was broken, but no one was injured, the Kosovo Police Service communicated.

A bus taking displaced Serbs to visit a cemetery in the town of Djakovica on the All Souls Day was stoned and one window was broken, but no one was injured, the Kosovo Police Service communicated.

The Kosovo Police (KPS) stated they apprehended four persons suspected of involvement in the incident, including members of the extremist Albanian party Self-Determination.

The Kosovo government condemned the attack on the bus, pointing out that such incidents are unacceptable act and constitute an attack against the values of tolerance and cooperation between different ethnic communities.
