Stefanovic told the press before the session started that Belgrade is starting the talks with a bagfull of proposals, while Tahiri had repeatedly stated that this is a dialogue on technical issues between two independent states,
Belgrade has a suitcase full of good and new solutions, Stefanovic said.
The topics of the Tuesday session will include telecommunications, the cadastre, air traffic, customs seals and CEFTA presidency, he said.
