The Ministry of Finance announced today that the company Telekom Austria delivered a new, improved offer for the purchase of majority stake in Telekom Srbija.

The Ministry of Finance announced today that the company Telekom Austria delivered a new, improved offer for the purchase of majority stake in Telekom Srbija.

The statement says that the working group in charge of the sale of a 51% stake in Telekom Srbija examined the offer and proposed to the Serbian government not to accept the offer because it does not meet the financial requirements of the tender.
