Situation in Mitrovica hospital somewhat better

The situation regarding the necessary medical supplies in the hospital in Kosovska Mitrovica is somewhat better than in the previous days, Director of Kosovska Mitrovica Hospital Milan Jakovljevic stated on Tuesday.

The situation regarding the necessary medical supplies in the hospital in Kosovska Mitrovica is somewhat better than in the previous days, Director of Kosovska Mitrovica Hospital Milan Jakovljevic stated on Tuesday.

Jakovjevic told Tanjug that the hospital has already received blood derivatives and that it still expects other necessary aid such as oxygen bottles, dialysis and transfusion sets, and sanitary material, adding that in the manner the main problems of this health institution will be resolved.

He added that a full cooperation with the Serbian Ministry of Health has been established.

Expressing gratitude for the aid that has been received so far, Jakovljevic said that the rest of the aid expected from the Health Ministry will enable the hospital to operate at full capacity.
