The dinar will drop by RSD 0.21, or 0.2 percent, against the euro on Thursday, putting the middle exchange rate at RSD 102.2249 for EUR 1, the National Bank of Serbia has announced.

The dinar will be 1.9 percent stronger against the euro compared to a month ago and 3 percent stronger compared to a year ago.

The Serbian currency recorded its highest value this year on May 23, when the rate stood at RSD 96.7007 for EUR 1, while its lowest was on January 6, when the rate was RSD 106.4947 for EUR 1.

The indicative exchange rate against the U.S. dollar was RSD 70.6168 on Wednesday, which was 0.2 percent better than the day before.

The dinar gained 2.8 percent against the dollar compared to a month ago, while it was up 17.9 percent on an annual level.
