General Director of Telekom Srbija telecommunications company Branko Radujko stated late on Friday, at the presentation organised on the occasion of the capital injection for Arena Sport television channel, that by closing the partnership with the company, Telekom Srbija spread its operations to the region and is now doing business in Croatia as well, in addition to its operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro.

Telekom Srbija became a majority holder in HD WIN and its four TV channels Arena Sport after obtaining a 51 per cent stake in the company by offering HD WIN a EUR 7.7 million capital injection.

Telekom Srbija recognised Arena Sport as the most attractive TV channel in the region and closed an arrangement which enables the telecommunications company to be represented in the Open TV IPTV network, tablet PCs and cell-phones via internet and 3G mobile network, Radujko said.
