First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic will be on a five-day working visit to the United States as of today.

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic will be on a five-day working visit to the United States as of today.

In Cleveland Dacic will open the event "Days of Serbia in Ohio," where he will give a keynote address at the business forum "Serbia - Your Business Partner."

At the Serbian Cultural Centre "St. Sava" in Chicago, the First Deputy Prime Minister will attend the Academy "Diaspora’s Homeland", at which an agreement will be signed between the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce and the Serbian-American Chamber of Commerce.

On this occasion, he will give a lecture on the relationship between the homeland and the diaspora, economic environment and investment opportunities in the Serbian economy.

Dacic will also meet with governors of the states of Ohio and Illinois John Kasich and Pat Quinn respectively, and with President of Ohio State University E. Gordon Gee.

The First Deputy Prime Minister will also visit the OSU International Institute, where he will attend the lecture of Professor Richard Herrmann called "Comparative Foreign Policies."

After the lecture, Dacic, Herrmann and staff of the institute will discuss relations between the US and Serbia, the European integration of our country, the status of Kosovo-Metohija and the fight against human trafficking.
