Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has considered Kosovo Serbs' applications for the Russian citizenship, but according to the Citizenship Law, he cannot respond positively to their request, Russia's Foreign Ministry's spokesperson Aleksandar Lukasevic told Tanjug.

Lukasevic stated at a briefing organized at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs that Medvedev also said that Russia will send all kinds of humanitarian aid to Serbs in northern Kosovo and help the restoration of the destroyed Serb orthodox sacred sites through UNESCO.
