ISG meeting starts in Vienna

The International Steering Group for Kosovo (ISG) opened a meeting to discuss further development of Kosovo in Vienna, at about 10 a.m. Tuesday.

The International Steering Group for Kosovo (ISG) opened a meeting to discuss further development of Kosovo in Vienna, at about 10 a.m. Tuesday.

The meeting is being attended by Kosovo Prime Minister Hasim Taci, Foreign Minister Enver Hodzaj, as well as by senior representatives of the 25 ISG member states, including U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Philip Reeker and Fernando Gentilini, the EU Special Representative in Kosovo.

Taci and Hodzaj will inform the participants about the current state of affairs in Kosovo and put forward Kosovo government's plan for the coming period.

Austrian Foreign Minister Michael Spindelegger, the host to the meeting, will also address the meeting.

Following the meeting, Taci and International Civilian Representative in Kosovo Pieter Feith will hold a press conference.
