WEG’s factory in Zeleznik consists of a part for the production of LCD/LED TVs and the latest generation of air conditioners and a part for the production of plastics, with a capacity of more than a million units a year, the Minister explained.

He pointed out that there is a great interest on the part of chain stores in the
distribution of this factory’s products, noting that the opening of manufacturing plants is the right way to combat the crisis and unemployment.

Since September 2011 the company WEG has carried out staff training, equipment testing and test production at the facility in Zeleznik.

In addition to the production of WEG brand devices, the factory will also make devices at the request of the client.
