No flooding danger from major rivers

Assistant Minister of the Interior and Head of the Sector for Emergency Situations Predrag Maric said today that there is no flooding threat from major rivers in Serbia caused by snow melting.

Assistant Minister of the Interior and Head of the Sector for Emergency Situations Predrag Maric said today that there is no flooding threat from major rivers in Serbia caused by snow melting.

However, Maric has not excluded possible flash floods of smaller rivers.Of 150 municipalities in Serbia, 26 are potentially in danger from flash floods, said Maric.
