The aim of the meeting is to prepare a plan and coordinate activities to prevent the consequences of the snow storm which hit the region, and to comply with new recommendations on the possible disasters that could occur due to snow melting and flooding.
Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic will attend on 24 February in Banja Luka a meeting of prime ministers from the region, to be held at the initiative of Republika Srpska Prime Minister Aleksandar Dzombic.
The aim of the meeting is to prepare a plan and coordinate activities to prevent the consequences of the snow storm which hit the region, and to comply with new recommendations on the possible disasters that could occur due to snow melting and flooding.
The meeting in Banja Luka will also be attended by Prime Minister of Montenegro Igor Luksic, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia-Herzegovina Vjekoslav Bevanda and Prime Minister of Federation Bosnia-Herzegovina Nermin Niksic and Minister of the Interior of Croatia Ranko Ostojic.
Prime Minister Cvetkovic will use the opportunity to discuss further strengthening of regional cooperation which is the guarantor of security and stability in the region.
