Conference on importance of HR management at interior ministry

A conference on the realisation of a project “Presenting a modern concept of human resource management in the Serbian Ministry of the Interior” will be held on 12 and 13 March at 10.00, at the Sava Centre, Milentija Popovica 9.

A conference on the realisation of a project “Presenting a modern concept of human resource management in the Serbian Ministry of the Interior” will be held on 12 and 13 March at 10.00, at the Sava Centre, Milentija Popovica 9.

The conference will be opened by Assistant Minister of the Interior Zeljko Kojic, who will first sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the director of the Geneva Centre for Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF), Ambassador Theodor Winkler.

The first conference day will concern the importance of human resource management, with an emphasis on the public administration and the Ministry of the Interior.

On the second day, the participants will look at the importance of standards in human resource management.
