The Democratic Party (DS) submitted its 'Choice for a Better Life - Boris Tadic' electoral list for the May 6 parliamentary elections to the Republic Electoral Commission (RIK) late Saturday.

Every electoral list has to be supported with signatures from at least 10 thousand people, and the DS submitted 14,329 signatures. RIK must decide whether or not to approve lists within 24 hours of their submission.

Since the DS was the first to submit their list, it will appear as no. 1 on ballot papers if the list was the first to be approved.
