Roman Catholic Archbishop of Belgrade Stanislav Hocevar will give the Easter Vigil mass in the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Belgrade marking the Holy Saturday.

The church and believers who observe the Gregorian calendar will celebrate Easter on Sunday, April 8.

In his Easter epistle, Belgrade Archbishop Hocevar called on all believers to keep the doors of their beings, families, entire society and church community wide open.

I am extending my warm greetings wishing all believers to unite in one heart and one soul, Hocevar said, underlining the magnificence and importance of this holiday.

The church and believers who observe the Julian calendar will celebrate Easter on April 15.
