Mexican drug boss Moreno murdered

Mexican drug boss Nazario Moreno, known as 'The Craziest One', was killed in a clash with security forces in western part of the state, Mexican national security spokesman Alejandro Poire Saturday.

Mexican drug boss Nazario Moreno, known as 'The Craziest One', was killed in a clash with security forces in western part of the state, Mexican national security spokesman Alejandro Poire Saturday.

It is believed that Moreno was one of the leaders of the drug cartel La Familia, which dominates in Mexican state of Michoacan.

Moreno was shot Friday night in a shooting in Apatzingan area, where the cartel’s stronghold is located, Reuters agency reported.
