Petrol buys petrol stations in Montenegro

Slovenian oil company Petrol will verify already initialized agreement for the purchase of four petrol stations in Montenegro.

Nreka Gocaj, the owner of the company Europact which owns five petrol stations Euro Petrol, confirmed that the negotiations entered the final stage, but did not wish to disclose the value of the deal.

Petrol announced that they were considering several locations in Montenegro as a part of the expansion strategy and added that they would notify the public on any potential purchases in due time.

Petrol will allegedly buy stations in Bijelo Polje, Danilovgrad, Hercegovina and Budva, but not the most successful one, located in Podgorica.
