Dubrovnik’s mayor Andro Vlahusic recently met with the Russian Presidential Envoy to the Central Federal District, Georgy Poltavchenko. The two officials talked about tourism, potential Russian investments in the Dubrovnik area, and the possibility of establishing a direct air connection between the Dalmatian town and Russia’s capital, Moscow.
