Thick fog engulfed Ohrid late Monday, reducing the visibility to 100m and closing the 'St. Apostle Paul' airport, which has been an alternative to Skopje airport for the last two days.

Ohrid airport officials say the weather conditions do not meet the standards for save air traffic and thus this evening landings have been cancelled.

Skopje airport 'Alexander the Great' remains closed for landings in spite of the expectations for normalization of the traffic.
