The successor states of the former YU have divided just five of the total 123 pieces of real estate from the joint diplomatic fund abroad, whereas the division of another 44 facilities was agreed on back in 2006, but has not been carried out yet.

The Commission for the Succession of Property of the Former Yugoslavia, after a monthlong delay, is to meet in Sarajevo within the following month.Bosnia-Herzegovina Assistant Finance and Treasury Minister Zenic Kelic told that the meeting was due to be held on Jan. 20 and 21, but was canceled after an official note arrived saying that the Serbian representative could not attend "due to previously arranged obligations."

Kelic said this was "the fifth offered date of the meeting, which was eventually canceled."The last meeting of the succession commission, according to Kelic, took place in June 2010, after which no new date was set for the talks.
