The traffic all over Serbia is going in with difficulties due to the heavy snow, so the cautious driving with winter equipment is recommended. In Belgrade and Novi Sad all major roads and streets are cleaned.

In western Serbia though, the difficulties in traffic are considerable. In various parts of the country, the snow cover is between 5 and 35 centimeters thick.

Besides the low temperatures that cause ice, addition problems are resulting from the fog that makes visibility low.

The next week will also be very cold in Serbia, with maximum temperatures in subzero range, and more snowfall is expected.
