All Serbian citizens in Japan are alive and well

The Serbian Embassy previously told that several dozen Serbs live in Japan, many of whom contacted the Embassy to say they were uninjured, and added that the Japanese police and Foreign Ministry are in touch with the Embassy and will forward any information that could be relevant to Serbian citizens.

 According to the information of the Serbian Embassy in Tokyo, all Serbian citizens in that country are alive and well after the devastating earthquake and tsunami that hit the country, embassy employee Milan Tatalovic stated.

All Serbian citizens are alive and well and no one was injured, Tatalovic told in a telephone statement. According to Tatalovic, the entire embassy staff is also safe and uninjured, but the building sustained considerable damage.
