During their short joint address for reporters, Kosor and Taci expressed commitment to deepening cooperation in economy and other sectors. Kosor is visiting Kosovo together with a group of Croatian businessmen who are analysing the possibilities for investing in Kosovo.
Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor stated in Pristina on Wednesday that the Zagreb government fully supports German Chancellor Angela Merkel's stand regarding the need for Serbia to close down its parallel institutions in Kosovo, and added that the country cannot be granted EU candidate status without first solving certain problems related to Kosovo.
After her meeting with Kosovo Prime Minister Hasim Taci in Pristina and the signing of several bilateral agreements connected to European integration and road traffic, Kosor said that the stands voiced by Chancellor Merkel were harmonised during the German official's stay in Zagreb two days ago.
The Croatian top official expressed support to the continuation of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, and said that she is glad to see that the Kosovo government is ready for the process.
