BiH: Dzombic's appointment confirmed

Council for Protection of National Interest of the RS Constitutional Court has decided today that the election of Aleksandar Dzombic to the position of RS PM does not violate national interests of Bosniak people.

Council for Protection of National Interest of the RS Constitutional Court has decided today that the election of Aleksandar Dzombic to the position of RS PM does not violate national interests of Bosniak people.

"By electing Dzombic to the position of RS PM, RS NA did not violate the definition from the article 69 of the RS Constitution and it followed the existing norms.

Today's decision of the constitutional court confirmed the appointment of RS PM and the entire government of RS.

After the decision is published in the Official Gazette, the government will take over its official duties.
