'But, at the same time, these companies need investments. They need resources and capital to be able to boost their activity and to be more efficient,' Tanasescu said.
The official pointed out the state-run companies will sell minority share packages in order to attract investments and to establish much more solid and efficient activity sectors both in the energy and transport domains.
'We drew up these measures with the Bucharest authorities and I noticed a higher openness towards these aspects during the talks and that is reassuring.
Of course, the next months, this year, the next years will have a major importance in this process and we put in place alongside the Bucharest authorities some precise and clear terms and targets in order to achieve these goals,' Tanasescu said too.
