The WAZ Media Group has sold its shares in three Macedonian daily newspapers - Dnevnik, Utrinski Vesnik and Vest - to Macedonia's Orka Holding, Media Print Macedonia has said Monday.

Both parties reserve the right of discretion involving the selling price. The deal was envisaged by the WAZ strategy for alienating shares in companies in Southeast Europe.
