Croatia Airline flights on the route Split-Belgrade-Split will start this Friday on 1 June with a welcoming ceremony at Belgrade's Nikola Tesla airport for the first flight from Split, reported website politika plus.

Flights will go from Split to the Serbian captial and back twice a week on Monday's and Friday's through until the end of September.

The first international flight from Croatia Airlines between Croatia and Serbia was in June 2011, with the introduction of flights from Dubrovnik to Belgrade.
