Member of the wartime BiH Presidency Ganic, who was arrested in London, was denied bail and remanded in custody until his court appearance scheduled for March 29, Deputy Prime Minister Ivica Dacic told.

Dacic added that Ganic's passport has been temporarily confiscated. Ganic was arrested again in London around 2 p.m. on Monday, on a warrant issued by the Serbian police, as he was trying to leave Great Britain.

In early 2009, the Interior Ministry issued warrants, at the order of the investigative judge, for 19 BiH citizens, including wartime members of the BiH Presidency Ganic and Kljuic, for the attack on a Yugoslav People's Army convoy in Dobrovoljacka Street in May 1992.
