EULEX Acting Chief Prosecutor Johannes van Vresweejk specified those persons are the three prime suspects for corruption in the Ministry, headed by Fatmir Ljimaj, but the investigation includes other ministers as well, said Van Vresweejk, adding no one is above the law, which refers to Kosovo PM Hashim Tachi as well.

Investigation into another 19 corruption cases has been concluded, Van Vresweejk said.

Fatmir Ljimaj was a former commander of KLA, suspected of murder and torture of prisoners in the Lapusnik camp, was acquitted by the Hague Tribunal in 2005.
