Egypt is reviewing the possibility of recognition of Republic of Kosovo, said the Egyptian Foreign minister in a meeting he had with Kosovo Foreign minister Skënder Hyseni.

In this meeting they talked about the latest developments in Kosovo, relations between the two nations and the recognition process.

While talking about the latest developments in Kosovo, Minister Hyseni said that after the clear decision of the ICJ that the declaration of independence of Kosovo is in accordance with the International Law and after the approval of the resolution in the UN General Assembly, which welcomes this decision, there is no political or legal reason for the states who still do not recognize Kosovo, to further delay their recognition.
