Titan new owner of Kosovo cement producer for 30 million EUR

Kosovo Privatization Agency (KPA) has sold the cement producer Sharrcem for 30.1 million EUR. The buyer is the Greek “Titan Group”.

Kosovo Privatization Agency (KPA) has sold the cement producer Sharrcem for 30.1 million EUR. The buyer is the Greek “Titan Group”.

"Total foreign direct investments in Sharrcem will be up to 87.6 million EUR," said a KPA representative.

He estimated the sale of Sharrcem as an extraordinary achievement in the privatization process in Kosovo.
