A 22-year old Kosovo Serb S. F. was injured in his car last night when someone shot at him from a passing vehicle on the road Kosovska Mitrovica-Raska, near Leposavic, the Tanjug news agency learnt from the Kosovo Police Service (KPS).

Deputy Regional Director of the KPS Ergin Medic specified that the police view the event as attempted murder. In addition to the injured young man, who was taken care of in the Health Care Center in Kosovska Mitrovica, another person who remained unhurt was in the vehicle. The investigation is underway.
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Belgrade Stanislav Hocevar will hold the religious service at the Cathedral of the Ascension of the Holy Virgin Mary in Belgrade on Christmas Eve.
